Submitting via Email
Submitting your form via email ensures the fastest response time for your project quote. Certain fields on the form are required, you will be alerted if any of them are missing prior to sending or printing your submission.
Click the button labeled "Email to Mindshare". A dialog box appears:

Select the first option if you send and receive email using a desktop mail application (such as Microsoft Outlook). Acrobat should automatically draft an email to Mindshare with the form data attached.
Select Internet Email or Other if you use a web-based email client (such as Gmail or Hotmail) to send and receive mail. Another dialog box (shown below) will appear that will allow you to save the form data as an XML file, which you can send as an attachment to Mindshare manually. You can also print the form for your records.
