Since every client has a unique position with distinctive needs, we naturally require some information about you and your business before we can give an accurate quote for our services.
However, we understand that you probably want to know about the bottom line up front. In addition to providing you with a quote tailored to suit your needs and those of your business, we provide the following rate information to give you a feel for what our solutions will cost.
To give customers the most flexibility, we accept payment by check, money order, major credit card, PayPal, and Google Checkout. Prices may be subject to tax. We also offer payment plan options (see below).
Estimated Costs (by project type)
Complete Basic Website — $750 - 3000
This cost includes search engine optimization, domain registration, web hosting, site design, programming, and deployment. Price is dependent on the scope and amount of content that needs to be generated.
Database-driven Website with Content Management — $1500 - $9000
Content Management means you are empowered with the ability to update your own website. Several options are available depending on organizational need. Please contact us for a quote.
Custom Web Applications — $1000 and up
Mindshare Media can develop and design custom rich internet applications for your business. For an example, see Mindshare Presenter, an online presentation delivery system we developed and sell on our product site Mindshare Software.
Standard hourly rate — $75.00
Design, programming, Flash development, consulting, or on-site training.
Website Packages
Introductory Web Package — $500
The perfect cost-effective way to get online.
Website Payment Plans — $200/month
We understand the risk and cost associated with starting a new business. To help you make the transition Mindshare Media offers installment payments through PayPal. Some details and restrictions:
- Monthly payment amount is $200
- Payments are setup on a time-limited recurring PayPal subscription (PayPal account is required)
- The website must be hosted though Mindshare Media
- The estimated cost for the website must be less than $2k
- No credit check necessary
- A five percent convenience fee will added to the project
E-commerce projects
Add Basic PayPal E-commerce for $400
The PayPal basic solution will allow you to process credit card payments through PayPal and have funds deposited directly into your bank account with no monthly fee or merchant account.
Add Pro PayPal E-commerce for $500 + PayPal fees
The PayPal Pro solution will allow you to process credit card payments on your website and have funds deposited directly into your bank account with no merchant account.

The Complete E-commerce solution gives you a custom shopping cart with advanced features for inventory management, shipping profiles – perfect for high volume online retailers. Requires a merchant account and payment processing gateway, monthly fees may apply.
We can provide ecommerce solutions for many other payment processors including Google Checkout, EBay, Yahoo! Stores, etc. Just let us know your preference.
